It was spacious, the location was great, and it had all the utensils we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, with coffee, olive oil, salt, and detergent for the dishwasher and washing machine. These items make a traveler's life easier! The other areas of the building were also great. We had a problem with the stove, and they promptly fixed it for us. I highly recommend it! We had a great experience staying here in one of the king bed studio apartments. Check in and check out instructions were super clear, and when maintenance needed access to the unit the virtual front desk was great about communicating the day before and making sure we were comfortable with that before allowing them entry. Unit was just as described online, and very clean with a super comfortable memory foam mattress. Great location within walking distance of Trader Joe's and many restaurants, as well as the main museums we wanted to visit during our stay (Field Museum and Art Institute). Plenty of parking spots were available in the garage, and we appreciated finding a place to stay that wasn't valet parking only. There is an extra charge if you need a parking spot, but the cost was much more reasonable ($32/day) than standard hotels in the same price range. Only real downside to staying at this property is that the blinds are thin and there are no blackout curtains like one expects in a standard hotel, so when the sun comes up it gets bright in the room quite early.

It was such a pleasant stay being in kasa. The view was in the skyline it was beautiful, and our apartment was very big for just us two- including a big bedrooms with walk in closet, small bedroom with twin bed and closet, and bathroom. We had everything we needed including a kitchen, laundry, and balcony. The instructions for check in and check out were easy to follow, and the location was close to everything we needed! Just a 10 minute walk to the train station and 20 minute train ride to everything. Highly recommend!
