Great location with beautiful views of the city, especially at night time when the floor to ceiling windows wrapping around the entire wall of the apartment made it even more magical. Great location to explore all the touristy places in Chicago within minutes by car or public transportation.

Dishes and cutlery were a bit limited, but otherwise, the amenities were very good. The common areas were also very pleasant. The lounge area was sparsely populated; it was easy to find a seat anywhere, and there were usually only about five people there. The pool is approximately 8 x 7 meters, a maximum of 1.30 meters deep, and was cleaned daily. The gym was also good, with a nice view and decent equipment. It wasn't crowded, but it was quite busy in the mornings. There isn't a traditional Kasa reception desk; therefore, service is only available by phone. The number is posted in the elevator area. (Original) Sehr angenehme Apartments mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, inklusive Mikrowelle, Herd und Kühlschrank. Geschirr und Besteck waren etwas knapp, ansonsten war die Ausstattung aber sehr gut. Die allgemeinen Bereiche waren ebenfalls sehr angenehm. Die Lounge Area war wenig besucht, man hat überall problemlos einen Sitzplatz bekommen, meistens waren nur etwa fünf Leute dort. Der Pool ist ca. 8 × 7 Meter groß, maximal 1,30 m tief und wurde täglich gereinigt. Auch das Fitnessstudio war gut, mit schöner Aussicht und ordentlichen Geräten. Nicht überfüllt, morgens aber schon gut besucht. Eine klassische Kasa-Rezeption gibt es nicht, der Service ist daher nur per Telefonnummer erreichbar. Die Nummer hängt im Fahrstuhlbereich aus.
