At Kasa properties check-ins are virtual, so there’s no front desk to navigate—just head right to your apartment.

Two-phase cleaning
We’ve implemented a rigorous two-phase cleaning and disinfecting procedure at all Kasa properties in accordance with CDC guidelines.

Keeping our distance
Our Guest Experience team is always here for you, 24/7—from a safe distance. If we do need to enter your apartment for any reason, we will coordinate with you on a safe way to do that. Our teams are also committed to following local mask policies and regulations and we ask all our guests to do the same.
