Marisa Sepúlveda, one of the alleged perpetrators of the murder of the young Aliyah García, appeared this morning before a judge with a petition. According to Sepúlveda, she has not violated the terms of her probation and asks that her curfew be extended from 8 to 9:30 pm to celebrate the night of witches with her daughter.
During this hearing, not only was his request denied by the judge, but Sepúlveda also pleaded guilty to conspiring in the shooting that took Garcia's life.
It is worth mentioning that the accomplices in this homicide are already behind bars, while Sepúlveda awaits his sentence in January, and faces charges of murder, conspiracy, and possession of methamphetamine.
