ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Tax dollars were put to work Friday morning with the opening of a new Bosque trail.
The 10-mile trail route runs between Rio Bravo and Alameda Boulevards across Albuquerque.
A group of bicycle riders were at the ribbon cutting ceremony Friday – taking advantage of being amongst the first group to try the new and improved trail.
Other events will be taking place throughout the weekend to showcase the new trail.
