(CNN) — The past few weeks have been turbulent for President Barack Obama, dealing with a trifecta of so-called "scandals."
The Internal Revenue Service's targeting of conservative groups, the Justice Department's secret subpoena of Associated Press phone records and the continuing talking points in the immediate aftermath of last year's Benghazi terrorist attack have weighed heavily on Obama's administration, and the fallout is playing out in the press.
Despite the front-page controversies, Obama's approval rating is holding strong — at least for now.
