ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - At Monday night's city council meeting, councilors are set to talk about a new rule that could shut down stores caught selling spice or synthetic marijuana.
It would make those businesses part of the "three strikes and you're out" rule.
City councilor Debbie O'Malley says she's fighting for the new rules after a scary experience with a man who was high on spice.
"He said he had smoked some spice he said he could run and jump and he had hurt himself he said wanted my phone he needed to call his dad and it just got very scary," O'Malley said.
City councilors could also make stores caught selling bath salts part of the new rule too.
Some brazen thieves made off with a man's prized possession, and now the victim is hoping for some holiday justice. Little did the suspects' know, their entire crime was caught on camera.
