ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A judge sets a new bond for a suspected toe biter accused of trying to bite off his ex-girlfriends toe three times.
It will now cost Daniel Anaya $100,000 cash to get out of jail after a judge set a new bond.
Prosecutors had argued he was an extreme danger to his victim, his ex-girlfriend.

Cops say she managed to fight him off.
