ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A quick run through a fast food drive thru for one man took longer than he expected after police say he passed out behind the wheel drunk.
Matthew Gonzales, 39, is now charged with aggravated DWI and according to a criminal complaint it is his fourth charge.
Police say Gonzales was found around 4 o'clock Saturday morning, sleeping behind the wheel of his truck that was still running at a Taco Bell drive-thru.
After an officer woke Gonzales up, he failed field sobriety tests and was arrested.
The complaint states because of previous DWI charges, Gonzales is required to have an interlock license and ignition interlock in his car, which he did not.
