ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Officials have announced where a triple murder case in southern New Mexico will be tried.
The case against Gino Ferri will go to court in Otero County, not Dona Ana County where the killings happened.
Investigators say Ferri killed a wealthy elderly couple and their business partner in Mesilla in 2010, because the three were suing Ferri for more than $1 million.
Dona Ana County's district attorney says conflicts of interest are preventing his office from prosecuting Ferri.
The trial is scheduled to start in May.

This is something I would have wanted to do as a kid during my winter break: Destination Moon Camp! Here to tell us all about this is Michelle Watkins with the Challenger Learning Center New Mexico.
Dinner rolls are a wonderful compliment to those holiday dishes, and shaping dough is quite easy.
