ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Police have located the woman they say caused a bomb scare at Mayor Richard Berry's office last week, but they say she won't be charged.
They say Cory Crosby-Lockwood is the woman who dropped off a piece of luggage on the counter in the reception area Friday.
The bomb squad was called and the entire 11th floor was cleared for two-and-a-half hours.
That night, police said there was a note with the luggage that read, "You will get what's coming to you."
But now, both APD and the mayor's office are backtracking on that, saying they're not sure there was a threatening note.
They did say crisis intervention team officers are getting Crosby-Lockwood help, but are not elaborating.
