ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The city of Albuquerque's latest tool to train emergency responders landed as planned at the Sunport Tuesday.
FedEx donated the Boeing 727, originally built to carry passengers, to the city.
FedEx had used it to haul cargo for years before it made its final landing in Albuquerque.
It will be used to train responders and law enforcement on all sorts of emergencies including terrorism situations and evacuations.
The jet also can be used to train aviation students.
