Fire near Durango threatens homes

DURANGO, CO (KRQE) - A fire burning near Durango is said to be threatening 100 homes and high-voltage power lines in the area.
That Roatcap Fire has already burned 100 acres and is heading northeast towards homes, power lines and a Colorado Department of Transportation storage facility.
Officials have ordered two firefighting crews, a type 1 helicopter, single engine air tanker and heavy air tanker.
