Cold temps and wind hit New Mexico

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Cold temperatures and high winds are affecting much of New Mexico throughout the day on Monday.  Early morning wind chills in Santa Fe were in the single digits.

Winds started blowing on Interstate 25 around 4 a.m. More winds are predicted throughout the day in the central and eastern parts of the state.
