ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Two Friday crashes did a lot of property damage without causing injuries or sending anyone to jail.
Albuquerque police reported that around 7:15 p.m. a woman driving a pickup truck crashed into her apartment in the 8600 block of Zuni Road SE.
The crash pushed the exterior wall into the apartment.
Then at about 9 p.m. a driver apparently took a turn too fast at Academy and Ventura NE and punctured a block wall surrounding the Tanoan gated community. The car did not go all the way into anyone's yard.
Police said neither drugs nor alcohol appeared to be factors in either crash.
