ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A man hit by an SUV in front of Presbyterian Hospital on Central Avenue Thursday morning has died, according to Albuquerque police.
Police say just after 10 a.m. Thursday a man slipped on a curb and was hit by a Ford Bronco.
The man was taken to UNM Hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
Eastbound Central was temporarily closed in front of Presbyterian but has since reopened.
Police say the preliminary investigation shows the driver was not at fault.
