ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Former New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson and Google chief Eric Schmidt are continuing their visit in North Korea .
Schmidt and Richardson toured the top college in North Korea with government minders nearby.
Few people there can look at the Internet. Most can only log onto the intranet site the dictatorship controls.
The Americans also met officials at North Korea's foreign ministry.
Richardson wouldn't give any details.
"It's a good, productive but frank meeting," he said.
He says he wants to speak to Kenneth Bae, a Korean-American from Washington state jailed in the north.
According to South Korean media, Bae was arrested in November while visiting North Korea on a tourist visa.
The U.S. State Department earlier called the trip to the reclusive nation "unhelpful."
