ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A former attorney and spokeswoman for Bernalillo County Sheriff Dan Houston has filed a lawsuit over comments she said were made by the Houston,
The sheriff' office, however, is claiming he never made derogatory comments.
Jennifer Vega-Brown told the Albuquerque Journal it was "hell" working for Houston.
She was given word her last day at the department will be Friday.
