Bernalillo Co. man dies of West Nile

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A Bernalillo County man has died from West Nile in the state’s first fatality this year from the virus.
On Tuesday the Department of Health announced that the 76-year-old Bernalillo County man had died as a result of West Nile.
The man had Menigitis and Enchephalitis, the most severe form of the disease, and had been hospitalized since the end of August.
