Anthony police chief relieved of duties

ANTHONY, N.M. (AP) - The southern New Mexico town of Anthony is looking for a new police chief. Mayor Arnulfo Castaneda tells El Paso television station KDBC that Police Chief Steven Foldy was terminated Wednesday night.
The mayor would not elaborate why Foldy was fired saying it was a personnel matter.
The city plans to advertise for a new police chief.
