ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Residents can help out an Albuquerque police officer recovering from a life-threatening surgery Wednesday.
Officer Kyle Evans had brain surgery recently and his family needs helping paying his medical bills.
Wednesday, you can help by eating at Cocina Azul restaurant.
The restaurant is giving the family 25-percent of sales Wednesday.
Cocina Azul is located at the corner of Mountain and 12th Street in northwest Albuquerque.
