Man in Wi-Fi case won't have to pay costs

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A Santa Fe man who tried to sue his neighbor, who claimed his neighbor's Wi-Fi system made him sick, will not have to pay the legal defense fees.
    
The lawsuit was actually dismissed back in September.
     
But the Santa Fe New Mexican reports on Tuesday a judge ruled that Arthur Firstenberg, the man whose lawsuit was dismissed, will not pay any of his neighbor's legal defense fees.
