ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A man accused of killing another inmate in a New Mexico jail is causing problems because he refused to put on clothes to go to court.

Dominic Montoya is accused of killing an inmate in the Dona Ana County Detention Center six years ago.

The Las Cruces Sun News says he was supposed to plead guilty Monday, but investigators say Montoya would not put on anything besides his boxers and was slamming his head against a wall.

So the judge postponed the hearing Montoya’s set to go to trial in February.
