ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Albuquerque firefighters quickly doused a house fire Friday morning and rescued and revived the family's pets.
The fire broke out in a living room of the house near Chelwood Park Drive and Indian School Road NE shortly after 8 a.m.
Firefighters pretty much contained it there but found two dogs inside were not breathing.
They revived the pets with oxygen and then took them to a vet to be evaluated.
There was no immediate word on the cause of the fire.
