ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - All four family members arrested after a raid at their Deming gun store were in federal court in Las Cruces Thursday.
Rick Reese, 55, his wife Terri, and their sons Ryin and Remington were all remanded into custody of the U.S. Marshals with no bond.
Federal agents raided the new deal shooting sports store Tuesday.
The Reese’s are accused of smuggling guns across the border with Mexico.
They were arrested in Las Cruces where they were trying to open another shop.
