ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A local kindergarten teacher is going above and beyond the call of duty and her students have the skills to prove it.
Andrea Aragon teaches at Navajo Elementary School in southwest Albuquerque and has taught all of her students to successfully count all the way to 100.
That is way ahead of state and district mandates for that benchmark.
On Friday her class had their 100 day celebration in honor of their achievements.
