ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The state's supercomputer may be split up among New Mexico’s three research universities.
The Richardson administration bought the big computer for $11 million in 2008.

The machine is made up of 28 racks of processors.
UNM wants 10, New Mexico State wants four and New Mexico Tech two.
