ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A New Mexico elementary school is in the clear Wednesday morning after being investigated for cheating.
An investigation by the public education department started last month after allegations surfaced that teachers at Sierra Vista Elementary in northwest Albuquerque were giving students the answers to standardized tests.
The department took no action following an investigation.
