ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque teacher got some national attention Friday night.
Sandia Prep math teacher Pat Kelly was honored during the one-hour " Teachers Rock ' tribute concert that aired on KRQE-TV.
He was nominated by Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine.
Levine was one of Kelly's students when he taught at a school in Los Angeles.
The special feature pop, rock and urban music star sharing recollections of their teachers.
