Three arrested in downtown murder case

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Three men have been arrested and charged in with murder after a body was found in downtown Albuquerque.
Kenneth Tortolita, Andrew Kinlichinnee and Donald Domingo are charged with the death of Kennard Chee.
Chee was found dead by someone walking to work Friday morning, near 5th Street and Roma.
According to the criminal complaint, two of them men took part in beating Chee to death.
The complaint says after a night of drinking mouth wash and hand sanitizer, a fight broke out between the men.
All the men involved in this case are transients.
