Teen enters plea in violent crimes

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A teen accused of some violent crimes in Albuquerque pleaded not guilty in court Monday.
Police say 19-year-old Joel Meeks is responsible for two armed robberies at two local stores and holding up two men , one with a shotgun.
Police also say during a home invasion , Meeks hog-tied his victim and left them to drown in a bathtub.
He did survive.
Meeks' bond was kept at $500,000 cash only Monday.
