Teacher's aide found guilty in sex case

ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A former University of New Mexico football player working as a teacher's aide has been convicted of raping a student.
On Friday a District Court jury returned a guilty verdict against Anthony Kilby, 26.
He admitted to having sex with a 15-year-old student while he was working at Manzano High School.
Kilby and the victim both said the sex was consensual, but that didn't matter because the girl underage.
A sentencing date has not been set.
