ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The man accused of robbing a bank in Albuquerque last week appeared in federal court Tuesday.
James Mollohan was arrested just after investigators say he robbed the New Mexico Educators Federal Credit Union on Coors Boulevard NW Friday afternoon.
There was already a warrant out for Mollohan's arrest.
State Department of Corrections officials say he violated his probation for robbing a 7-Eleven employee in 2005.
And back in 1997 he pleaded guilty to kidnapping and two counts of rape.
A FBI spokesperson says holdups at five other Albuquerque banks over the past few weeks are still under investigation.
