LAS CRUCES (KRQE) - One of the men accused of cooking up a plot to kill pop star Justin Bieber is now back in New Mexico.
The Las Cruces Sun-News reports Tanner Ruane has been extradited and is now locked up at the Doña Ana County Detention Center facing a charge of conspiracy to commit first-degree murder.
Police say Dana Martin recruited Ruane and his uncle, Mark Staake, to go to Vermont, kill two people there and then head to New York and kill Bieber.
The duo was stopped before they could hurt anyone.
