ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - APD arrested a 16-year-old student Monday at Highland High School after the teen was found with a set of throwing knives inside his backpack.
Police and APS officials think the boy was just trying to show off his knife collection and did not have the intention of hurting anyone.
Still the 16-year-old was arrested for bringing a deadly weapon onto school grounds.
