ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Police continue to investigate a shooting outside an Albuquerque hotel but don't appear to be making much progress.

No witnesses have come forward, and the man shot once in the arm is not cooperating with investigators, an Albuquerque Police Department spokesperson said Wednesday.

The shooting happened just before 5 p.m. Tuesday at the Hotel Albuquerque in the 800 block of Rio Grande Boulevard NW.

Police said the shooting followed a fight in the parking lot.

In addition to the gunshot wound, the victim suffered deep cuts to his face.  He is reported to be in satisfactory condition.

Police have not released the man's name.
