Police investigate murder in Roswell

ROSWELL, N.M. (KRQE) - Roswell police are investigating a murder.
It happened just after two this afternoon when police say the man may have walked in on a burglary.
Police are still piecing everything together...but believe the man walked inside the home and confronted the suspect.
That's when the suspect opened fire, killing the man.
The victim's name has not been released and no arrests have been made.
