ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Roswell police have arrested a person of interest in a double homicide investigation.
Greg Hobbs, 22, was picked up Saturday after police received a tip that he and others with outstanding warrants were at a party.
Police say he was originally questioned for the shooting deaths of Ruben Archuleta, 49, and his son , Ruben Junior, 21, last month.
The shooting took place at a home on East Bonney Street.
Police said they had two persons of interest but no one has been charged in the case.
Hobbs was arrested on an unrelated warrant, but police say more charges could come.
”It's a possibility but at this point, until we gather all the information, we're not going be able to say yes,” Officer Erica O’Bryon said.
Hobbs is being held at the Chaves County detention center without bond.
