ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A woman hit by a vehicle while crossing Tramway Boulevard NE Friday night has died.
As of late Saturday afternoon Albuquerque police were still withholding her name because her next-of-kin had not been located.
Police said the woman was jaywalking across a poorly lighted section of the thoroughfare between Comanche Road and Manitoba Drive when she was struck by the southbound vehicle at about 10 p.m.
Tramway was closed in both directions during the investigation.
