ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The owner of a popular local business is in trouble after being accused of making a big mistake with an undercover agent.
You may have seen him on TV not too long ago.
Louis Katsaros, 50, has appeared in a recent episode of the popular TV show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.
Katsaros is accused of selling alcohol to a minor at the Monte Carlo Steakhouse and Package Liquor" on Central Avenue.
Police say he sold a six-pack to an undercover agent with an ID that showed she was under the age of 21.
katsaros appeared before a judge Sunday, with bond set at $2,500.
His conditions of release could make it a problem for him to get back to work at the restaurant and liquor store.
Katsaros has since bonded out of jail.
