ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) - As investigators search for in the November disappearance of Dylan Redwine, his estranged parents are searching for answers from each other.

Elaine and Mark Redwine appeared on national TV Tuesday pointing fingers and unveiling the latest on the investigation on CBS's "Dr. Phil."

"I really have a concern you hurt him, and his bones are just out there laying out there," Elaine Redwine said on the show. "And you don't even care."

Dylan Redwine, 14, was last seen shortly before Thanksgiving during a court-ordered visit with his father in Vallecito northeast of Durango, Colo.

"I didn't notice his backpack not being there," Mark Redwine told Dr. Phil. "There was a fishing pole at the house, and it was Dylan's fishing pole. That fishing pole was never found."

Taping of the episode several weeks ago was the first time Redwine's parents had spoken with each other besides text messaging in three years.

"Did you hurt him!?" Dylan's mom pleaded with his father.

"No, I wouldn't hurt him.  What kind of mother are you to believe I was even capable of doing something like that?" Mark Redwine responded.

"I don't believe you," said his mother.

Elaine Redwine believes Dylan's father had something to do with his disappearance and probably killed him.

"When you're mad at somebody, your main focus is to get even or get back at them and hurt them. That's how your mind works," Elaine Redwine screamed.

"So because you said it, that makes it true?" Mark Redwine asked.

Police have not named any suspects in the case. Dylan's dad thinks the teen was abducted while walking to a friend's house six miles away. On Tuesday he claimed he wasn't the last one to see Dylan telling Dr. Phil his mail carrier spotted his son before he vanished.

"On the day Dylan went missing I saw two boys walking down the road not too far from where Dylan lives it was around 1:30 in the afternoon," the mail carrier told Dr. Phil.

Based on the arguing and the finger-pointing, it appears Dylan had a rough family life. Mark Redwine said he divorced Dylan's mom because she had a drinking problem.

On Wednesday's episode airing at 3 p.m. on KRQE News 13 Mark Redwine is expected to take a lie detector test.

The reward for information leading to Dylan's whereabouts is now more than $50,000.
