ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Another man accused of trying to run down police in Albuquerque in jail Monday afternoon.

Police say they found Joshua Herrera driving a stolen SUV in the parking lot of an apartment complex early on Kirby Street and Haines northeast last Monday morning.

Then they say Herrera started backing up and a number of officers had to run out of the way.

Herrera sped off then but got arrested a day later.
