ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The accused, tire-slashing tyrant and former congressional candidate , Gary Smith, was arraigned in court Monday.
Smith is charged with aggravated stalking and criminal damage to property charges.
Officials say he is the man in this security video slashing the tires of a former political rival, Janice Arnold-Jones.
Smith is in jail on a $1 million bond hold.
