SANTA FE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque man accused of raping a 14-year-old boy in a mall has taken a plea deal.
According to court records, 34-year-old Gregg Salas pled guilty Friday, to contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Salas was arrested after the teen told officials that the former manager at a Santa Fe place mall store followed him into a dressing room and forced him to engage in oral sex.
Salas will be on probation for the next 18 months.
He was originally charged with second degree rape.
Salas will not have to register as a sex offender.
