ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A man, who has been arrested more times than anyone in Albuquerque is set to be in court Wednesday.
Kevin Garner has been arrested 128 times , accused of everything from kidnapping to dealing drugs.
Federal prosecutors plan to ask a judge to send him away for nine and a half years for dealing meth, saying his life of crime is “legendary.”
