ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - A young man from Silver City is in some big trouble after investigators say he stole his mom's furniture while he was high on meth.
The Silver City Sun-News is reporting that Grant County sheriff's deputies say Daniel Salas broke into his mother's home and stole all of her living room furniture back in June. Officials say he then went to Phoenix, Arizona and sold it.
Salas's mom says she had a feeling it was him, because he's broken into her house before.
