ALBUQUREQUE (KRQE) - Police say a party of three turned into a double stabbing this week.

One of the players was in court Saturday, in serious trouble.

Salvador Gallegos, 34, faced a judge on numerous charges including aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, according to a criminal complaint

Gallegos and his girlfriend were staying at the Court John Motel when they got into an argument the day after Valentines Day.

That's when police say she went to another room with another man to have sex.

Police say Gallegos caught the two naked and began stabbing the man and then turned the knife on his girlfriend.

Saturday a judge set his bond at $200,000 cash or surety
