ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - An Albuquerque man is facing charges for allegedly breaking his 2-month-old son's ribs and causing a head injury.
Police say Jessie Sandoval, 22, was arrested after the newborn was taken to university hospital.
According to the criminal complaint, Sandoval admitted to police that he punched his son in the back of the head and on three separate occasions shook and squeezed him.
Sandoval is charged with child abuse.
