ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - Investigators have identified a man whose body was found Wednesday in Valencia County near Los Lunas.

The question remains how did he get there?

Christopher Hernandez, 46, was found southeast of Los Lunas near the intersection of Monterrey Boulevard and Manzano Expressway.

Deputies said there were no obvious signs of trauma while adding it appears Hernandez may have died elsewhere and his body dumped.

Hernandez is from the area but was not reported missing, they said.

They are now trying to piece together his last days and are waiting for a cause of death from the Office of the Medical Investigator.
