ALBUQUERQUE (KRQE) - The second suspect accused of shooting at police officers and leading a dangerous chase on Albuquerque city streets is now out of the hospital and in jail.
Glen Garcia, 24, made his first appearance before a judge on Tuesday.
He's accused of firing multiple shots at Albuquerque police officers while trying to avoid arrest Saturday during a wild chase in northeast Albuquerque .
Garcia and another suspect ended up crashing at Eubank Boulevard and Interstate 40.
Garcia was taken to the hospital.
He and Felix Romero, 32, whom police allege was driving the SUV, are both facing a long list of charges, including seven counts of attempted homicide of a police officer.
Both remain in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center.
